When you use the AugmentifyItTM app, when you place an order, when you subscribe to the newsletter, utilize our services, features or resources, we may receive personal information about you which you choose to give us.  This information may include, but is not limited to, name, email address, mailing address and phone number. Users can refuse to supply information which may limit their ability to engage with certain app or site activities. Other information that we may collect includes, but is not limited to, the browser used to access the website, the IP address used to place an order, the type of device on which the app is installed, the operating system of a device or computer on which the website is accessed.

SECTION 2 – WHAT DO WE DO WITH YOUR INFORMATION?

We may utilize the collected information to improve customer service, improve or personalize the user experience or to improve our website.

We may utilize the information collected to help understand how better to market our goods and services and to understand user behavior.

When you purchase something from our store, as part of the buying and selling process, we collect the personal information you give us such as your name, address and email address.

If you opt in to our mailing list, you may receive emails related to company news, product updates, service information and newsletter information. You may unsubscribe from these notifications by following the unsubscribe instructions that we include at the bottom of each email. Alternatively, you may contact us directly to unsubscribe.

Our site may use “cookies” to improve the user experience and to better understand our customers and visitors. These cookies are maintained on the visitor’s or customer’s computer. We do not sell or trade our user’s information with others. Generic data and metrics that do not contain personal information may be shared with our partners, affiliates and advertisers for the purposes defined in Section 2.

In general, third-party providers that we utilize will only collect, use and disclose your information to the extent necessary to allow them to perform the services they provide to us.

However, certain third-party service providers, such as payment gateways and other payment transaction processors, have their own privacy policies in respect to the information we are required to provide to them for your purchase-related transactions.

In particular, remember that certain providers may be located in or have facilities that are located in a different jurisdiction than either you or us. As an example, if you are located in Canada and your transaction is processed by a payment gateway located in the United States, then your personal information used in completing that transaction may be subject to disclosure under United States legislation, including the Patriot Act.

Once you leave our website or are redirected to a third-party website or application, you are no longer governed by this Privacy Policy or our website’s Terms of Service.

We are not responsible for the privacy practices of other sites and encourage you to read their privacy statements.

We reserve the right to modify this privacy policy at any time, so please review it frequently. Changes and clarifications will take effect immediately upon their posting on the website. If we make material changes to this policy, we will notify you here that it has been updated, so that you are aware of what information we collect, how we use it, and under what circumstances, if any, we use and/or disclose it.

If our store is acquired or merged with another company, your information may be transferred to the new owners so that we may continue to sell products to you.

By using this Site, you acknowledge your acceptance of this policy. If you disagree with this policy, please refrain from using our site. Continued use of the site, after changes have been made to the policy implies your acceptance of those changes.
